Heatherside Ward Residents Association (HWRA) is the data controller for the personal information you provide to join our mailing list. You can contact us via email at [email protected].

We collect your personal information to enable us to send you updates and information about the HWRA and any events we may be holding or involved with. We may also use it to forward information which we feel may be of interest to you as residents of Heatherside. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interests.

We may share information you send to us with the local authorities (Surrey Heath Borough Council and Surrey County Council) or our elected representatives (County and Borough Councillors) or Surrey Police. However, we will only do this in cases where it enables us to gather more information or to a report an issue you have highlighted to us. If your information is of a confidential nature we will pass on the information with personal details removed. We will always inform you if we have passed your details on to anyone else.
